Course Details

A partnership built for the AI era. Why not in the classroom: Learning doesn't stick because of time spent in a room — it sticks because participants try it in their own work, get it wrong, and turn it into habit over time. That's why this isn't a single workshop: it's a 4-week kickoff (one module a week, 90 minutes to 2 hours each) followed by a 90-day follow-through period, measured against real behavior change rather than participant satisfaction alone. The signature method: laptop closed first: Every live session moves between screen-off thinking and AI-assisted production. Participants notice, think, and define a problem with the screen closed before opening it to apply AI — which is how they discover skills they didn't know they had. Four modules, one journey: • SEE — Establish, clearly, where things stand today. Exercise: "Which Hand Wrote This?" — participants try to tell human writing from AI writing. Output: a personal skill map. • PLAY — Solve a real problem by experimenting and comparing approaches. Exercise: the same task done three different ways, results compared. Output: a first structured working method. • BUILD — Produce a real work deliverable with AI and build proof of skill. Exercise: a paper prototype — the ideal output defined by hand, screen off, then compared to the AI-assisted version. Output: a real work output plus a contribution analysis. • OWN — Embed the new practice into daily work as a concrete plan. Exercise: a personal-brand test plus a 30-day goal plan. Output: a 30-day action list. Scaling: executive pilot, then internal capacity: The program starts with a 15-20 person executive cohort — leaders can't understand or support the change in their teams without living it first. Executive involvement is light by design: a 15-20 minute video brief on the program's purpose and methods, watched on their own time, with an optional live Q&A. From that pilot, 5-8 participants are trained as internal facilitators who carry the program to the rest of the organization — building the company's own internal capacity instead of creating dependency on one outside trainer. Governance & Data Control: The program runs on the organization's existing corporate AI license. Data never leaves the organization's own security policies, and governance stays entirely under the organization's control. Measuring what actually changes: Impact is measured against Level 3 of the Kirkpatrick Model — the global standard for training evaluation — which tracks real behavior change, not just participant satisfaction. • Baseline: 4-6 observable behaviors are defined and baseline level measured. • Day 30: Initial application signals gathered via participant self-assessment. • Day 60: Behaviors re-measured, manager observations incorporated. • Day 90: Compared against baseline — revealing the true impact of the program. Sample observable behavior: "Prepares weekly reports with AI as a first draft, but passes it through personal judgment and control." Proven Results: 60% completion rate (industry average: 15%), validated across 951 certificates. The newer program in this series (Agentic AI and Next-Generation Productivity) is already tracking at 2-3x industry averages in its first three months.

Results & Impact
