Experimenting with AI is not the same as changing how you work.
You may already ask an AI assistant to draft, summarise or generate ideas. Yet the useful experiments often remain isolated: a good prompt here, a promising output there, and no reliable process you would trust with your professional work.
In this lab, you will bring one recurring part of your actual work and build a tested first version of a workflow you can continue refining after the session.

Not a collection of generic prompts. A practical system shaped around your work and your quality standards.
- One clearly mapped current workflow

We will move from your current process to a working first version, then examine where it is strong, where it can fail and what still needs your judgement.

What to bring

- A laptop and permission to work with the selected materials

Supported AI tools
You need an active paid subscription to just one supported AI assistant: ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro, or Google AI Pro / Gemini. You do not need subscriptions to all three, and you do not need to switch from a supported tool you already use.
The subscription fee is not included in the workshop price. The live demonstration will primarily use ChatGPT Plus. Features vary by platform, and the workshop does not promise that every feature or integration will be available with every subscription.

For more than 15 years, I have been working on how people learn, develop new skills and apply them in their work.
At Sabancı University, I designed learning programmes, led teams and developed applications of AI in education. Today, as an AI Trainer, Advisor and AI Adoption Partner, I help organisations use AI effectively, safely and sustainably.
I am also the founder of inspaire. I develop products and methods that bring together learning science and AI-supported learning design. Drawing on a professional journey shaped between Istanbul and Utrecht, I work with organisations in Türkiye and internationally.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need technical or coding experience?
No. You need confidence using one of the supported AI assistants and enough familiarity with your chosen workflow to assess the quality of its outputs.
Which AI subscription do I need?

Will I finish with a perfect, automated workflow?
No. You will leave with a working, tested first version, quality controls and a realistic plan for continuing to improve it.
